What is Personal Training?
Personal training sessions are individualized exercise sessions that are geared towards weight loss, cardiovascular health, strength, sports performance, conditioning and flexibility goals. 

What Should I Expect?
During the first visit a consultation will be performed to determine your individual training needs.  A plan will be developed and carried out during subsequent visits. 

What Should I Expect During the Consultation:
Doctor Vagy will sit down with you and discuss your individual goals for personal training.  With your input, he will work to develop a training session and a plan that is specifically designed to meet your needs.  

What Should I Expect During the Training sessions:
Each session is an hour length. Bring comfortable clothing that does not restricted motion and athletic shoes.  Sessions vary based on your individual goals.
