What is Performance Training?
These sessions are targeted to peak performance in your sport.  This is accomplished through an assessment of strength, flexibility, balance and movement.  A comprehensive training program is then developed to target your weaknesses and achieve your athletic goals.


The evaluation
Step 1: Interview 
A complete interview is conducted to determine your training needs and sport specific goals. 

Step 2: Identify your weaknesses 
A thorough assessment is performed to determine the mobility of your joints, the strength and flexibility of your muscles and the integrity of your neuro and vascular system.  The weaknesses that are holding you back from your true potential are identified. 

Step 3: Analyze your movement in sport 
An assessment is performed to analyze your specific movement patterns while performing your sport.  This information is integrated with your identified weaknesses to determine the reason for your plateaued sports performance. 

Step 4: Develop a plan 
A training plan is developed to take your sports performance to the next level.

Training sessions
Each session lasts one hour in length.  Sports specific training will address all identified weaknesses  Sessions vary based on your individual goals.
